Description:

Small company of 25 people recently listed on the AIM market of the London Stock Exchange offering structure based drug discovery services to biotechnology and pharmaceutical companies.

Aim:

To build awareness of the company and its technology, to build customer contact database and identify and close revenues generating deals.

Result:

Identified, progressed and successfully negotiated and closed four deals with values up $5.5M with global pharmaceutical companies; led conference and bio partnering attendance process successfully arranging 100+ bio partnering meetings; led PR process and successfully designed and completed 3 pieces of key marketing literature, designed and produced new conference booth and re-designed website; successfully implemented new customer contacts database and increased new contacts from 0 to 100’s.
